We moved into our new church home on Thanksgiving Sunday, 2007 – a very fitting day to give thanks to God for His guidance and direction during our building process. Our build involved a variety of gifted members of our congregation and community and was overseen by our Building Team: Kevin Nemeth, John Malnick, and Keith Robinson. Our new church home was built by Cowden-Woods Design Builders of Barrie. These pictures will give you a glimpse of our building project:
Living Faith Community Presbyterian Church was formed in January of 2004. However, this new congregation has roots which date back over 140 years! Living Faith was formed when the congregations of Cookstown and Baxter Presbyterian Churches amalgamated, uniting together with a common vision to effectively reach out with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
